Now, as you mentioned, it is applying to give a refund to its customers. you know, this water company provides water service to over a million people here in the santa clara valley. > reporter: well, it's in the millions, ken. kpix 5's len ramirez is live in san jose and explains how much the company is paying up. a bay area water company has been called out for overcharging its customers. if you live in the south bay, you conceiving some money. the value of the jewelry has yet to be determined. the employee was also pepper sprayed during the robbery. the four suspects used metal tools to break the glass cases and then ran off with the jewelry. the thieves entered the jewelry store at the somersville towne centre mall about 11:30 this morning. police are investigating a smash-and-grab robbery at a jewelry store in antioch. police and the fbi say they are tracking them down and they will have announcements for future arrests very soon.
